Only complaint is the usual need to negotiate removal of duplicate labor for separately quoted but interrelated repairs. Uses Blue book quotations that don't account for overlapping labor. Uses seat protection over the driver's seat and floor mat. Overall thorough and cooperative.

As usual, all aspects of my repair were great. Been a customer for 8 years. Scheduling was easy, communications from King’s were good. Gave me a full report of car condition and recommendations. No pressure, no upselling. Gave an accurate expectation of repair completion and itemized quote. Prices are reasonable. I had a bunch of work done—new battery, oil change, new front brakes, transmission fluid drain and fill. Prices charged me matched quote. The workmanship was good, as always. Couldn’t be happier.

We have been going to King's Auto for years and have never had any complaints. They always take the time to explain issues and maintenance needed, and go the extra mile to help us get an appointment last minute if needed. Cannot speak highly enough of everyone that works there!

Kings Auto displayed great customer service on my routine scheduled maintenance appointment. Being new to the area I was unsure of who to use as the mechanic to perform the services. It was great to find a reliable trusted shop to continue building a relationship with for my future auto care needs.

New to the area and had to get an oil change for my Outback. I decided to visit King’s Auto Center because they had excellent online reviews. Being able to schedule service for my vehicle online was super quick and convenient. They have a very clean waiting area with free coffee and WiFi for customers. After finishing my oil change, they provided a vehicle condition report + photos - I’ve never been to an auto shop with this option so I really appreciated that. I will definitely be seeing them for future service on my vehicle!

We’ve had great experiences every time with King’s. We’ve had probably ~$2k worth of work done on a car that was way overdue over the last 6 months and they’ve been helpful every step of the way. I always feel cautious as a young woman dealing with car repair because I have felt at other shops like they’re taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars, but I’ve never felt this at all at King’s. I love their link to inspection reports too, so I can keep track of everything. Highly recommend!
