I brought my car here because the AC wasn’t working right and some dash lights were on. My family’s big into cars, so we’re pretty familiar with this stuff, but these issues needed shop equipment we didn’t have. The staff was really respectful and easy to work with. After they checked my car, I got a detailed online report explaining what was wrong and why, which would be amazing for people who don’t know much about cars. They cleared the dash lights, which was a win. The AC fix didn’t work out, but honestly, that’s why I’m rating them highly. I’d taken my car to two other shops for the AC, and they just added more Freon and said it was fine—total lie. This place was straight-up when they weren’t sure how to fix the actual bigger problem.That honesty means a lot. That said, the bill came to $850 which was very steep. I’m guessing it was mostly labor costs from trying to diagnose my AC, as well as taking a little Freon out. Overall, they’re professional and honest but the cost is something to keep your eye on.

They kept my jeep for 3 days. Jason the Manager was incredibly rude, there was a disconnect with their online scheduling and Jason fixated on that. Taking the time to yell and send rude emails instead of fixing my car? After 3 days I finally received an estimate to tell me that they didn’t have the part for the repair? After 3 days all to say they couldn’t do it?! It honestly just felt like they couldn’t be bothered to complete the repair because I had told them they had a scheduling oversight??? I had been coming to kings for years and had sent family and friends to them because of the care the presented to their customers. Something has changed and it’s disappointing. After all that, they still charged me 250 to tell me they couldn’t fix my car. I’m sure there are better options out there. Safe your time and frustration.
