I set up an appointment. They told me they could do the job on my car after I got there. They tried to say that they couldn't do the job because of the accident. I had been in even though that was the whole reason I needed the job done to begin with. They should have stated that when I was on the phone with them. Setting the appointment. They told me I had to do all the physical work before setting the car up on an alignment machine. And then also said I should set the car up on the alignment machine before doing all the work. The dude sat there and talked himself in circles for ten minutes telling me, I needed to do the tie rods before the alignment, and then also saying I needed to do the alignment before the tie rods. Absolutely, horrible communication.
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are genuinely sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced during your recent visit. Our goal is always to communicate clearly and honestly, especially in situations involving vehicle repairs after an accident, which can be understandably stressful. From your review, it seems there was confusion about the repair and alignment procedure. Typically, alignment measurements are performed first to identify precisely which components, such as tie rods, might be bent or damaged from an accident. After measuring, we replace or repair these identified components to ensure they're correctly aligned and functioning properly. Once these parts are replaced, the vehicle is then re-aligned to finalize the process and ensure everything is set according to manufacturer specifications. It's clear we did not effectively communicate these necessary steps during your initial call or appointment scheduling, we should have asked more questions to understand why you were requesting an alignment. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. We appreciate your feedback, as it highlights areas where our communication can improve. Our clients’ satisfaction and understanding are important to us, and we're committed to improving our processes to prevent similar situations in the future. Please feel free to contact us directly.
