King's has always done a great job on our cars. They've been proactive & fair about repairs & service.

Recently became a widow before I even turned 50 and was left trying to figure out vehicle maintenance on my own. Adam from King's Auto was so understanding and compassionate about my situation. He took the extra time to explain things to me and make me feel like there was hope that this wasn't going to be an extremely expensive repair and it wasn't! Really appreciated the listening even though I know they were super busy.

I took my car to Kings Auto and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. Adam was very friendly and provided me with the details of what needed to be addressed A.S.A.P, soon but not right away and those things that were good. It was a very through document w/pictures. I had them do the ASAP and those that needed to be addressed soon work. When I went to pick up the loaner car, Adam took me to the garage to see the car (which was torn apart) and I was able to meet and talk with the head mechanic working on my car. After the car was done, I picked it up and it ran like a new car. I will defiantly take my car to Kings Auto Center from here out and highly recommend them. They were honest, provided excellent customer service and their pricing was reasonable.

The staff are excellent communicators with competent mechanics and rare integrity who will tell you what you really need, what's optional, and what you don't.
