After reading other reviews I decided to call King’s first thing in the morning. We had limped into town in my Tundra pulling my camping trailer the night before. The alternator started going out driving down the canyon in the dark. The truck died as we pulled to a stop right in front of the first hotel on our route. Turned out we were about a block from King’s. Jason promised to look at it once it was towed in which happened after 10am. Around noon they had confirmed the alternator needed replacement. It was too late to get it completed that afternoon due to location in the engine requiring extensive time to remove and replace. I asked if they might be able to have it done by early afternoon the next day to help with hotel and rental car checkout times. At 12:30 I got a text saying it was done! Guaranteed nationwide at any Napa shop; helpful since I don’t live in the city. Courteous staff. Negotiable. Prompt. Good phone text and email communication. And my truck is running great! Thank you.

Had a very good experience with King’s Auto Center. Diagnostic test was thorough and all repairs were detailed, including cost. I selected the items I was ready to have repaired and they were completed early and on budget. I will definitely use them for future service needs.
