Ft. Collins Auto Repair

I was moving cross country and I went to Kings while in Fort Collins because my car was having trouble from a previous mechanic. They fit me in quickly and were very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. They even helped me sort out getting it paid for by the previous mechanic. I felt safe finishing my travels after having my car looked at here!

I have been having some problems with my battery and I had already gone to another mechanic shop where they couldn’t find a problem. I was a little wary that Kings wouldn’t be able to find a problem either but they were very thorough in their examination and replaced my battery. I haven’t had a problem with my car since (fingers crossed) but time will tell if the battery really was the problem. Otherwise they were very friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid for not understanding the inner workings of my car-which I really appreciate! Overall I had a great experience!!

Hitch installation

Needed some new tires and King’s did a terrific job. They gave me plenty of options to choose from and I got a great deal. They performed the service quickly and gave me a great price. They also checked other critical areas on my vehicle for free, and found an issue that I wasn’t aware of. Overall they’re a great shop with more than competitive pricing and outstanding service. I would highly recommend this shop.

Very professional in their diagnosis of problems, and very thorough in their efforts to solve problems with the vehicle. Also quite thoughtful in their care to stem the transmission of covid-19.
