Vindictive, unprofessional and rude. Misdiagnosed an issue with my car, then tried to charge me for their mistake. When I came here to let others know this the first time, I was called and threatened on the phone by the owner. The public deserves to know how unprofessional and illegal their business practices are. I was a customer for years and spent thousands of dollars there. Response: Yes there was a threat over the phone. All of my words I used are factual, as they are reflections of Kings actions. I won't be removing this post or intimidated by you at Kings again.
This review has very strong accusations. Let us be very clear and transparent. The diagnostic that was done on March of 2019 was to find a reason why the car battery kept going dead. The battery was tested and had very low cold cranking amps. The system was tested for a drain and no drains were found. The alternator was charging at the proper volts. Battery was replaced. A few days later the battery went dead again. We re-inspected and found the ignition was turned to the accessory position draining the battery. It turned out that the detent for the lock cylinder was not engaging and the client was turning the car off into the accessory position causing the battery to drain. We did not charge anything beyond the original inspection and battery. Lastly, we called the client once to rectify the situation, offer some free services and keep the line of communication open. We were hung up on. At no time did we, or would we ever, disrespect, intimidate or speak to a client in a derogatory way. We value loyalty and try our best to do the right thing. We are sad to lose you as a return customer. Kings
