These guys are the absolute best in class! Such nice people and very thorough and honest. My husband and I have been using King's Auto for over 15 years and we have always been satisfied with their work and customer service.

They did a good job on my car. I had a tow at 7 and was done with a diagnostics test by the end of the day. It was just over 110 dollars for that service. When I first brought my car in I thought it was a broken alternator. Turned out to just be a build up on my battery. They add the tow to your total if that is helpful. Inside was nice nothing special but a warm cup of coffee and a charger. It is a small garage so if it was a more serious problem it could have taken some time. The write up was really well done and they didn't push for extra un-needed service. I received no parts so I do not know their mark up. However, I think they are fair on their labor costs. Putting this as a 1 star so people like me see this post.

Walked in and they were super friendly and very helpful with my problem. I also really appreciated the use of masks, hand sanitizer and clean pens during these trying times with the pandemic. I will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. 12/10 thanks guys!

I love the King’s Auto business! I know nothing about cars but they do their best to explain and educate me every time about what they’re fixing, why, and the cost. Adam is so welcoming and friendly too! They have also implemented an electronic reporting system with pictures, things that may need changing next time and explanations. I love the transparency and care they offer!
