King’s Auto was super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. My car was so broken that I decided not to repair it and King’s didn’t even make any money off of me. They still went out of their way to help and provide advice.

What a great place! I was traveling through from another state and my engine light went on. I found this place on Google and they were so wonderful fitting me in that morning and replacing the part quickly. Definitely recommend! Also the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I've been going to King's for my entire duration of living in Fort Collins. They are very direct about their services and very helpful. My car was in a state of duress, and they fixed it in 2 days. It has never sounded better or run more smoothly. My favorite aspect about King's is the Condition Report they send you after inspecting the vehicle. Not only does is simplify what aspects of my car are in good shape, it breaks down recommended services along with required services, helping me determine the best route to get my vehicle up and running again, and foresight for what needs to fixed in the future. It includes pictures and videos of exactly where the work needs to be done as well. Jason at the front desk was informative and professional. I highly recommend this shop to bring your vehicle to. They are a 'No BS' company and that's what I aprreciate about them.

Moving into a new area is a chore. Having a auto issue only makes it worse. It usually takes a few visits to different shops to find the right karma. I found King’s Automotive on the first try, and have no reason to go anywhere else. The staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Their approach to my issue went beyond fixing the problem. They look at it like a medical patient in a new practice. The status check performed was complete and accurate. No pressure on selling additional work. The price on the work done was fair. This shop exceeded my expectations. You can tell a lot about a shop by the organization level. Clean personnel, clean, shop, clean bathrooms. I was impressed.... this is my go to shop. amazing auto technician's, they did a great job taking care of my Ford Focus St. I love how they take pictures of what they're fixing and make a report on the things that are in good shape that dont need fixed. They also give a maintenance report on what needs to be checked out in the future! Grade A all around and keep up the good work!

The team at King's Auto is awesome! As a young woman, it's easy to be intimidated at a mechanic's office, but at King's they always make me feel comfortable and explain things thoroughly and unassumingly. They do an excellent job helping you understand what things need to be done and what things can wait. I tell everyone in Fort Collins that I have an honest, affordable, and reliable mechanic!
