King's tightens Community Auto's loose nuts and bolts! I was coming to King's for a couple years and liked it. Then, through a networking group, met Anastasia from Community Auto. So, I started to use Community Auto. But the longer I went there the more awkward it got. The office staff are there but don't express sincere interest. Recently, Comm Auto replaced my 4 struts. A couple weeks later, my passenger side front was sounding like a plunger was loose. Banging and making a frightening noise. I went to Comm Auto first thing and had to practically beg the guy to drive the car and listen. Before driving, sitting in the car, he still asked me about the problem. I suggested he drive. After a short drive he told me it could be many different things and they need to look at it. Duh. Then asked me if I want to set up an appointment. $$$$ flashed infront of my eyes. Not once did he acknowledge my concern or express an interest to see if it was something of their own doing. I didn't trust his "vagueness" to speak to my problem and told him I want to get a second opinion. His face went pale. I drove straight to King's Auto. The staff was friendly, interested and professional. THEY suggested a King's mechanic drive with me and take a listen. The mechanic was friendly and acknowledged my concern, agreeing that it sounded scary. Then they offered to look at it. They also changed the oil (which was cheaper than Comm Auto). They showed me a video of what was happening (below). A bolt was seriously loose and plunging up and down. Comm Auto had not tightened the bolts and they loosened as I drove. Thanks Community Auto for sending me back to King's Auto. King's is still the winner!

Super honest and extremely genuine. The only mechanic I will take my car to. If you are buying a used car from someone please bring it to these guys. They will look over the car and they will not miss anything. Don't get scammed like I did. Spend the little bit extra to get your the car checked...and if the person says no, they obviously are hiding something so move on. This place has the best mechanics around and they know their stuff and they will not let you down. Thank you for being so great!

John, Thanks for the encouragement. Subaru Outbacks are great cars when they are maintained. We believe in pre buy inspections wholly and recommend them for every car that has over 30,000 miles. A PBI can save a person a lot of money and headache in the long run. Our goal is to protect the buyer as best we can. Kings

Been taking my last 3 cars here for years... Genuinely honest, has always made time frames and the work always lasted. Two of those vehicles where either extremely old or a lemon off the lot and King's was literally the only reason they stayed on the road for 2-4k miles until I could find another vehicle. Trustworthy people.

Thanks Martin. We are happy to see you in a new Subaru. They are our favorites. Call us when you need us. Kings

5 stars for how honest they are on these review responses. Definitely made me choose to come to King's over other shops. No bs, that's for sure. They did a thorough check on my car while getting my oil changed, let me know of all the problems, and were quite nice in delivering some tough information so I really appreciate that.

Marcus, It really helps to get feedback like this. It reinforces our belief that our company's ethos matches our clients' perception of us. We make it a point to put ourselves in a client's shoes so we can relate to the daunting task of dealing with car repairs from their perspective. Thank you. Kings
