I found King’s Automotive on the first try, and have no reason to go anywhere else. The staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Their approach to my issue went beyond fixing the problem. They look at it like a medical patient in a new practice. The status check performed was complete and accurate. No pressure on selling additional work. The price on the work done was fair. This shop exceeded my expectations. You can tell a lot about a shop by the organization level. Clean personnel, clean, shop, clean bathrooms. I was impressed.... this is my go to shop. amazing auto technician's, they did a great job taking care of my Ford Focus St. I love how they take pictures of what they're fixing and make a report on the things that are in good shape that dont need fixed. They also give a maintenance report on what needs to be checked out in the future! Grade A all around and keep up the good work!
