Have taken my Saab to the multiple times and have had excellent service and very reasonable prices. I recommend them to everyone.

Thanks for the review Joel. Your Saab 9-5 is becoming a rare car and we are glad that you trust us with it. We also appreciate the recommendations. As a local, family owned shop we depend on the community as much as they depend on us. Please call us when you need us. Thanks, Kings

I highly recommend Kings Auto. Honest, super friendly, and great service. I will be going back there for all future repairs/services.

Dan, We appreciate the loyalty. Your Subaru Forester should be able to outlast the best of them with the care you have taken to keep it maintained. Thanks, Kings

Super honest and extremely genuine. The only mechanic I will take my car to. If you are buying a used car from someone please bring it to these guys. They will look over the car and they will not miss anything. Don't get scammed like I did. Spend the little bit extra to get your the car checked...and if the person says no, they obviously are hiding something so move on. This place has the best mechanics around and they know their stuff and they will not let you down. Thank you for being so great!

John, Thanks for the encouragement. Subaru Outbacks are great cars when they are maintained. We believe in pre buy inspections wholly and recommend them for every car that has over 30,000 miles. A PBI can save a person a lot of money and headache in the long run. Our goal is to protect the buyer as best we can. Kings

I've been taking my car to Kings for almost 5 years now and would recommend them to anyone. The staff are honest, highly professional and its clear there is integrity in every aspect of what they do. I drive a 20 year old car that needs extra TLC and each time I get an oil change they do a mini inspection to keep tabs on any other maintenance the car might need. This has saved me countless times in terms of safety on the road and avoiding further damage and repairs. I can tell the guys at Kings are genuinely looking out for me and delivering consistent quality service and fair prices. As long as I live in Fort Collins they will be my preferred mechanics.

Chris, It's been a group effort on both our parts keeping the Toyota Rav 4 going. Give yourself five stars for keeping up on the maintenance and repairs as they have been needed. It is why the car still runs so well with almost 200,000 miles on it.

King's tightens Community Auto's loose nuts and bolts! I was coming to King's for a couple years and liked it. Then, through a networking group, met Anastasia from Community Auto. So, I started to use Community Auto. But the longer I went there the more awkward it got. The office staff are there but don't express sincere interest. Recently, Comm Auto replaced my 4 struts. A couple weeks later, my passenger side front was sounding like a plunger was loose. Banging and making a frightening noise. I went to Comm Auto first thing and had to practically beg the guy to drive the car and listen. Before driving, sitting in the car, he still asked me about the problem. I suggested he drive. After a short drive he told me it could be many different things and they need to look at it. Duh. Then asked me if I want to set up an appointment. $$$$ flashed infront of my eyes. Not once did he acknowledge my concern or express an interest to see if it was something of their own doing. I didn't trust his "vagueness" to speak to my problem and told him I want to get a second opinion. His face went pale. I drove straight to King's Auto. The staff was friendly, interested and professional. THEY suggested a King's mechanic drive with me and take a listen. The mechanic was friendly and acknowledged my concern, agreeing that it sounded scary. Then they offered to look at it. They also changed the oil (which was cheaper than Comm Auto). They showed me a video of what was happening (below). A bolt was seriously loose and plunging up and down. Comm Auto had not tightened the bolts and they loosened as I drove. Thanks Community Auto for sending me back to King's Auto. King's is still the winner!

These people are very straightforward and very detailed in what they do. Once your car is serviced there, there's a pretty comprehensive breakdown between the things that need to be addressed now... and maintenance that can wait a little while longer. And while I haven't done it yet, I'd gather this would be a GREAT place to take a used car on a pre-purchase inspection.

Thanks Chuck. Your Infiniti Q50 is a really nice car and we are glad you allow us to maintain it. We also appreciate the well versed description of our services. In fact, we are upgrading soon to digital format inspections and communications. Our clients' will be able to see everything we see, and more, in real time. Kings
