Took my car to get a power steeling flush the first time, something came loose right after the flush on my way home. Took it back to get it fixed. Didn't learn the lesson, took my car in for a transmission fluid exchange again later. Now I have a transmission leak!!! Will take my car back in this PM to see what they say! Follow up: they did take my car back in right away and exchanged the faulty gas kit which supposedly to be the problem. No leak so far. Staying neutral till my next service. Yeah, guess there will be a next time...
We take full responsibility for the inconvenience that Su had through the process. Both times were small parts failing and not due to any negligence on the technicians part but, nonetheless, frustrating for all parties involved. The first issue came from an original hose clamp that had failed to remain tight after servicing the vehicle. We replaced the clamp and bled the system for the client right away. In this second visit, we had performed a fluid service and replaced a crush washer for the drain plug. It was torqued properly by the technician but had failed to seal after driving several miles. Moments after Su notified us of the problem, Kings rearranged the schedule to get the car in right away to resolve the issue. Although we cannot always predict automotive part failures, Kings has always taken care of our clients problems as soon as possible and at no charge. We would like an opportunity to improve Su's experience with us. Please call us any time. Kings Auto Center
