My husband and I have trusted King’s with our cars for over 17 years now. We really appreciate working with basically the same handful of staff every single time because it’s difficult to find a mechanic and auto repair company you can trust! Jason is the person I speak to most frequently here and he is awesome. He always makes honest recommendations without trying to upsell (in fact, he usually recommends option that reduce the repair cost) and lets me know which repairs are needed now versus at a specific time in the future so I won’t feel pressured to spend a ton of money all in one transaction. Owning a car is so expensive, and it’s so nice to have a place we can go where we trust everyone to help us maintain our car in a cost effective way.

They were able to take me in right away when my radiator went out and did a great and prompt job replacing it. This time Sam has done a great job adjusting the valves and my car runs so much smoother now. I love it. Service is always no hassle and prompt. Everybody is really nice and polite as well. When I forgot that I had just replaced the cabin air and engine filters and asked them to do it they noticed and did not replace the filters but let me know. So many other places would just have taken the money and done it. So I think they are pretty honest in their dealings as well

King's was able to get my car in promptly . They fixed the problem, explained issue, and checked out the entire vehicle. They were patient in listening to my concerns, checking them out and answering my questions. Their prices are competitive. They guarantee their work. Their expertise, timeliness and their customer service are outstanding.

I was able to schedule an appointment online, which was extremely convenient. It broke down all services they offered, times available, and even if you needed a ride from the shop. Let them know that I wouldn’t be able to pick up before closing, and was super stoked to see they have lan option for after hour pick-ups! Sam and Adam were great! I look forward to bringing my Impreza in again to have it serviced at King’s!

I live more than a half hour away from Kings but you came highly recommended from a friend and truthfully I don't mind the drive for good service and quality mechanics. I would also recommend your business to anyone else. Having been a mechanic myself, I appreciate the upfront no nonsense straight talk from the people there.
