I’ve been coming to Kings Auto for years and have never been disappointed. This week I dropped my car off for some badly needed repairs to the motor mounts , tie rod and an alignment. They provided me with a loaner vehicle so I had transportation for the two days my car was there. While my car was there they performed a complete inspection and compiled a list of things for maintenance and /or repair. The next day I get a text and an email stating that my car was ready. My charges where exactly what was quoted to me when I dropped my car off. NO ADDITIONAL SURPRISES! In fact they replaced the upper motor mount at no charge because they had already replaced that piece yrs ago and decided to warranty that part. They stand behind their work. The high degree of professionalism and expertise that these guys operate under is 2nd to none! We moved to Fort Collins a few months ago. A neighbor recommended King's Auto Center. We recently brought our Subaru in for an oil change. It was a great experience from start to finish - from scheduling the appointment, to dropping the car off, receiving the report/notification that the car was ready, and picking up the car. We didn't feel pressured about any additional services. We'll definitely go back to King's!

Kings auto is fantastic! I have been bringing them a heavily modded WRX for years (which some of the shops in town have been iffy about). They are always transparent about repairs, issues, pricing and timing of repairs. One recent issue involved a knock sensor which kept failing due to shoddy manufacturing. They took care of it quickly with OEM parts, no issues. They always provide a vehicle condition report, which I highly encourage you to look at. They will never approach you with negligence just because you don’t have mechanics-grade knowledge on an issue - they are happy to break down why something might be happening. Take your car here!

As always King’s did a great job diagnosing and fixing a problem with my vehicle. They were prompt and transparent with a description of the problem and the cost to repair.
