Good guys. Have only used them twice. Car service is fast and convenient. Only complaint I have: Dropping your car at a mechanic always takes planning as you are without your car. It is frustrating when you book an 11am appt for brake pad replacement and are told they won't even inspect it until 3:30 in the afternoon. I'm not sure the point of an appointment. After the inspection, there was not enough time to order parts to do the front brake pads and rotors, so I had to leave it overnight and come pick it up the next day. The guys at the front desk are great, Sam and Jason(I think). Upstanding shop. I just can't comprehend the scheduling process, and it was a bit frustrating as it all seemed unavoidable.

Jason scheduled the appointment promptly and kept me apprised of the progress of the diagnostics performed and repairs needed. Professional and personable customer service.

Decades long customer at Kings. Once again they really did a stellar job on my Mercedes. Likely saved a car that was headed for scrap, they have given new life to the old gal. I really like that Kings keep me updated on progress with my vehicle and were able to work within the budget I had for this project. Kings Auto Rocks.

Highly recommend! A different local mechanic recommended them because I needed work on our hybrid which my usual shop doesn’t do. These guys were super friendly and helped me out in a pinch, will definitely be bringing my hybrid back to them from now on!

We’ve always trusted them because they earned our trust over the years. They’ve always given great advice and not just pushed costly repairs. We value that!
