I set up an appointment. They told me they could do the job on my car after I got there. They tried to say that they couldn't do the job because of the accident. I had been in even though that was the whole reason I needed the job done to begin with. They should have stated that when I was on the phone with them. Setting the appointment. They told me I had to do all the physical work before setting the car up on an alignment machine. And then also said I should set the car up on the alignment machine before doing all the work. The dude sat there and talked himself in circles for ten minutes telling me, I needed to do the tie rods before the alignment, and then also saying I needed to do the alignment before the tie rods. Absolutely, horrible communication.

It's clear we did not effectively communicate these necessary steps during your initial call or appointment scheduling, we should have asked more questions to understand why you were requesting an alignment. Just picked up my RAV SE after brakes service and the repair is excellent! First time using King's Auto for any service work after many Lyft rides provided to their customers. All the reviews I've heard are TRUE- they're a wonderful shop, timely, thorough and affordable. My Lyft Driver to get my car after the repair had her brakes completed there yesterday! She also raved about their service. I think it's safe to say King's Auto is a Lyft Driver preferred auto shop. Lucky us!
