I was facing several thousands of dollars worth of car repairs to get my car running again, so said two different well-known auto repair shops in FoCo. This was depressing news to a single mother and a student who only works part time as a teacher - I couldn’t afford it nor can I afford a new car. Luckily, I was referred to King’s Auto by another satisfied customer. There are many reasons why I recommend King’s Auto for your auto repair needs. First, their professionalism - not only are the staff easy and pleasant to speak with, but they also went above and beyond their duty to make this process easier for me. Jason took care of my car battery warranty with a local auto parts store, which lessened my repair cost and saved me the trip since I don’t have another car. Secondly, time - it took about 2 days to complete everything, from the time that I called to the time I picked up my car. Thirdly, cost - I won’t give you details, but having my car back and running is a sign of how affordable this repair was. Lastly, trust - it’s difficult to find service you can trust and my experience with King’s Auto left me feeling hopeful about having people in my community I can trust. To everyone at King’s, I sincerely thank you.

I have worked with Kings for the last 2 years, and only for routine maintenance. On my last visit, they noticed oil, possibly from a leak, around my transmission / oil reservoir. They provided photos and suggested that I return after 500 miles to reinspect, which I did. There was not a problem, but I appreciated them finding a potential serious issue and pointing it out. I find King's staff to be professional, taking all the time necessary to resolve any questions in a calm unhurried way. No pressure. Also the waiting area and facility in general is clean and inviting. An impressive organization. Recommended.

Fair, honest and expert repairs. I've lived in the area for 5 years. This is the ONLY place me and my family take our vehicles. They do not charge a "pink" tax. They do not prey on those with novice mechanical knowledge. A bunch of stand up fellas work here. They tell you what is a must fix and what can wait. They make they're money the old fashion way, with respect and integrity. Special shout out to Jason K. He embodies all of the positive traits mentioned above, and has never led me astray with prioritizing repairs with any of my vehicles.

I've been a customer at King's now for 3 years (and I've had two cars here). King's always does really good work with the best parts and service. Most important, however, is that I can tell that King's is honest and always gives fair prices. Over time, they get to know you and your car (they greet me by my first name!) and they keep detailed records about all of the work that has been done. I highly recommend this shop.

Adam and his incredible staff have been caring for my vehicle since 2012. After moving from Fort Collins to Denver in 2016, I still counted on the guys at King's Auto to perform a comprehensive 100k mile service for my most prized Scion xB. They were all so kind, communicative (email/phone/text), and explained every detail in a way that was easy to understand with photographs to match! It was their attention to detail and affordable prices that kept me coming back! I provided them with an estimate from a previous mechanic with suggested repairs, in which King's gave pictures and explanations as to why they were not necessary. I was given a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on (24 hours total) which was an unexpected bonus. After going through a handful of mechanics in Denver, King's Auto is still hands down the BEST. I cannot thank you guys enough for your hard honest work for the community. Happy holiday!
