These guys are the absolute best in class! Such nice people and very thorough and honest. My husband and I have been using King's Auto for over 15 years and we have always been satisfied with their work and customer service.

They did a good job on my car. I had a tow at 7 and was done with a diagnostics test by the end of the day. It was just over 110 dollars for that service. When I first brought my car in I thought it was a broken alternator. Turned out to just be a build up on my battery. They add the tow to your total if that is helpful. Inside was nice nothing special but a warm cup of coffee and a charger. It is a small garage so if it was a more serious problem it could have taken some time. The write up was really well done and they didn't push for extra un-needed service. I received no parts so I do not know their mark up. However, I think they are fair on their labor costs. Putting this as a 1 star so people like me see this post.

Walked in and they were super friendly and very helpful with my problem. I also really appreciated the use of masks, hand sanitizer and clean pens during these trying times with the pandemic. I will definitely recommend to all our friends and family. 12/10 thanks guys!

I love the King’s Auto business! I know nothing about cars but they do their best to explain and educate me every time about what they’re fixing, why, and the cost. Adam is so welcoming and friendly too! They have also implemented an electronic reporting system with pictures, things that may need changing next time and explanations. I love the transparency and care they offer!

Great shop. My daughter is now attending CSU, and needed a shop I can trust, and I am in Texas. Talked with Jason, explained what I needed. Time scheduled, and my daughter dropped it off. The professionalism is pretty impressive and they send you enough notifications, by text, phone call, and email, with links to the work done. Check marks of the inspections, and photos of your car. NOW, I am in Texas, so this was unexpected, and great to have pictures to view my daughters car, her Subi Crosstrek. She drove it from Texas just few weeks before without me. The rave ratings helped, and talking with Jason, and after the first time using them, I concur the other ratings, great shop!.

The team at Kings is knowledgeable, honest and do great work. There have been multiple times when they have gone out of their way to find a third party part, get a part replaced under warranty or other to save me money. And they are upfront about costs and there is never a surprise in the total. I highly recommend Kings Auto!
