I’ve been going to King’s for 5 years. The staff is always friendly and willing to explain things to me with a smile. Their prices are fair and I don’t feel taken advantage of or mislead ever. I’m truly glad I found them and I would recommend that to anyone looking for honest, dependable service!

Adam and King's team has worked on our cars for years. We have always had great service. What I appeaappre most about Kings, is that their team will talk to you about your car, and make thoughful suggestions on how to handle repairs and maintenance. They even identified a transmission issue I had on a Subaru under warranty, that a Subaru dealer had missed. That saved me $3000.

This review is 3 years overdue — I am beyond grateful to have found such an honest mechanic who genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you, Adam and team for always going to such lengths to research and educate me on the mechanics of my wrangler. I’ve never once felt patronized and their kind and friendly demeanor puts me at ease. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

These guys are “the real deal”. They don’t mess around with your car. They do it right. My Tacoma truck has an aftermarket lifted suspension which needed an upper ball joint replacement. They didn’t know which replacement ball joint I should use, so they took the time and investigated until they were certain they had the right part. They installed it, and I was on my way. They are very easy to talk to. The folks at the front desk know there stuff and if they need to, they will bring in one of the mechanics for further discussion of any issues.

I'm a fan! King's was great when I actually needed work done on my car, but what really sold me was the two times I called them about service and they told me I had better options than bringing my car to them. In particular, when I thought I had screwed something up doing my own maintenance, I was told that it was actually ok and given advice on how to proceed on my own. The level of knowledge and genuine helpfulness was outstanding, and definitely means King's will be my choice when I do actually need a mechanic. Also, when I brought my car in to have the AC looked at, they also checked the brakes, fluids, belts, lights, etc. and explained to me which things they would prioritize and which were minor. As someone who knows a little bit about auto maintenance, this was perfect to help me decide which things I could handle and which I should have done professionally. They've definitely gone above and beyond for me!

Adam and his crews are very honest and professional. I am sure they can take good care of your vehicle. They are my only go-to place for the past 5 years. I do appreciate the way they do their business. No jargons no taking advantage of your situations. Always talk in laymen languages, make sure you understand the issue, offer you different options and the pros and cons. So that you can make an informed decision. As a poor student at CSU, I am very thankful for that. In addition, They also offer a student discount on labors and either give you a ride or reimbursement. Before I moved across the country, Adam kindly offered a free check on things. I had recommended them to everyone looking for a good mechanic in the Fort Collins area. Btw, Thank you again.

I brought my high mileage Subaru Outback here and found a very high level of professionalism and communication dealing with this shop. Adam was very thorough with the initial assessment and gave me all my options on what repairs were of urgency and other repairs that could be done later. I really trust these guys, which is saying a lot since I've been had by auto shops in the past. They're fair and honest. Been going there for about 7 years.

I found King's through good ratings on Yelp and gave them a go. Adam, Naveed and every associate with whom I've interacted has been professional, followed up on their word and patiently explained work completed, as well as possible concerns for the future (I am driving a 2000 Ford;). At no time have I felt pressured or mainipulated. During my time in the shop, I witnessed their diligence with other customers (by phone or in person) in the same respectful manner. I highly recommend King's Auto for pre-purchase inspections (a must when buying a vehicle through private party) as well as repair and maintenance. For those of you sensitive to auto repair environments, the shop is clean, has a waiting area with magazines and a coffee machine. There's also a nearby coffee spot (Beantree's Coffee) where you can grab a bite and a pick-me-up while you wait.
