Kings auto always does a great job with our Subarus. They follow dealership recommendations and it is clear they are experienced working on these vehicles. They provide very detailed problem lists with explanations. They work in a timely manner, have great communication, and help out with coordinating transportation if needed. I have tried to take my vehicle elsewhere for maintenance and have been dissatisfied. I will always return to kings.

Scheduled oil change and inspection on my daughters car and went very smooth. Thorough and comprehensive inspection and great written report. Did the services requested, very fair price and didn’t try to sell me something more. They even called the Uber driver for us to get us where we needed to be. Will use them again in the future for services.

I had not used this business before, but a friend who has used them for years recommended them to me. They did not disappoint. Took my daughter’s 2014 Subaru in because the air conditioner had stopped producing cold air. Plus it had other maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They did a great job, not only fixing the air conditioner but addressing a host of additional issues that needed attention - most of which I was unaware of. Communication could not have been clearer, service was prompt, and they were very professional. Highly recommended. I will now be using them regularly for this car. They even made a mistake on the estimate but did not increase my cost. They simply let it go as their error. When was the last time anyone did that??
