I have only been there three times, but they messed up two times. When I first came to the shop, they checked my car and listed a lot of things that my car needed to repaired/replaced. I did everything on the list including PC valve. After half a year when I went to do my inspection and change my oil everything. They recommend me again to change my PC valve. Seems like they didn't put any records there and give me a feeling that they just randomly pick something to ask the custom to change. I choose to believe the store and think they might just didn't make a clear record there, maybe it's not a big of a deal. So I still went to this store after half a year. This time it annoyed me so much is after driving this car for a year and a half based on their reports, my brake get thicker and thicker, which doesn't make sense at all. I called them and ask them to re-measure the brake. This time, they updated showed the brake is 2 mm thinner than the last time. I don’t know and don’t understand how can a responsive auto check have these many mistakes. And the brake is a really important part inside the car, why they can still mess this up.

We do understand the frustration with both these complaints. First, being told to check history for a PCV valve that was already replaced is a failure on our part to not go back over the service history and we apologize for that. We are always trying to improve our process, and this will be addressed. Secondly, to be given a brake measurement that is 1 -2 MM larger than the last inspection is hard to understand. This sometimes happens because of the difficulty on certain wheels to see the brake pads. We do our best to fit a tool in there to measure but are not always able to. Wheels are not removed for a general inspection during an oil service. Once this was brought to our attention, we removed the wheel and verified the proper measurement, took a picture, and reported it back to the client. Hopefully us going above and beyond shows that we make up for any mistakes we may make. Lastly, when our technicians see brake pads getting close to the limit of wear (4mm) we do advise our clients that brake pads are eminent and will check them more thoroughly by removing the wheel at the next service to make the proper recommendation. We never like to lose a client and would like a chance to help in the future if you ever want to give us another chance.
